One of the biggest advantages of celebrating in an exclusive-use property is that there’s no timetable to follow.
There’s no pressure to leave a restaurant by 10pm or squeeze everything into one evening. Spend the weekend catching up, exploring Herefordshire, enjoying a celebratory meal together and making memories that last long after the candles have been blown out.
Yes. You’re very welcome to decorate the property for your celebration. We simply ask that you don’t use tape, drawing pins, Blu Tack or anything that could damage walls, woodwork or furnishings. String, ribbon and freestanding decorations work perfectly. Alternatively, visit our Property Services section for recommendations of trusted suppliers who can decorate the property before your arrival.
Yes. We welcome all third-party suppliers featured within our Property Services section. If you’d like to use a supplier not listed, please contact us with their company name and contact details so we can confirm they hold the appropriate public liability insurance before approving access to the property. Suppliers who have not been approved in advance will unfortunately be refused access.
Absolutely. Many guests choose to make their celebration extra special by hiring a private chef. We recommend a number of trusted local chefs who can provide everything from meals delivered in advance and relaxed sharing feasts to fine dining experiences. Yes. All three properties have large dining tables designed to bring everyone together, whether you’re enjoying a celebratory meal, afternoon tea or a relaxed breakfast the following morning.
Yes, subject to prior approval. Penblaith Barn and Trevase Granary can accommodate up to four additional day guests, while Old Barn House can accommodate up to two. Additional charges may apply, so please contact us before making arrangements.
