Yes. All three properties provide private on-site parking, making it easy for guests travelling separately. Penblaith Barn has parking for up to 12 cars, Trevase Granary for up to 10 cars and Old Barn House for up to 6 cars.
Yes. All three properties have private hot tubs. Penblaith Barn and Old Barn House feature outdoor hot tubs, while Trevase Granary has an indoor hot tub within the separate games building

Penblaith Barn and Trevase Granary both feature dedicated cinema rooms and dedicated games rooms. The games rooms have a pool table, table tennis and table football. Old Barn House does not have a cinema room or games room but offers a private hot tub, enclosed garden and outdoor games.
