Yes. You’re very welcome to decorate the property for your hen party. We simply ask that you don’t use tape, drawing pins, Blu Tack or anything that could damage walls, woodwork or furnishings. String, ribbon and freestanding decorations work perfectly. Alternatively, visit our Property Services section for recommendations of trusted suppliers who can decorate the property before your arrival.
Yes. We welcome all third-party suppliers featured within our Property Services section. If you’d like to use a supplier not listed, please contact us with their company name and contact details so we can confirm they hold the appropriate public liability insurance before approving access to the property. Suppliers who have not been approved in advance will unfortunately be refused access.
Yes. We want you to have a fantastic time celebrating together. We simply ask that music is kept to a respectful level, particularly outdoors, and that you are mindful of our peaceful countryside locations and neighbouring properties. There should be no noise outside after 10.00pm. Music systems are provided in the dining areas for you to enjoy throughout your stay.

Yes. All three properties have private hot tubs included within your stay. Penblaith Barn and Old Barn House feature outdoor hot tubs, while Trevase Granary has an indoor hot tub located within the separate games building. All facilities are included within the cost of your stay.
Yes, subject to prior approval. Penblaith Barn and Trevase Granary can accommodate up to four additional day guests, while Old Barn House can accommodate up to two. Additional charges may apply, so please contact us before making arrangements.
